I started going through the classic jazz workbook, “Patterns for Jazz”, again as sort of a Julie and Julia type project. I had gone through a lot of it at various times since high school, but I never got to everything and it was mostly doing sections throughout the book as needed. So far, I’ve gone through the first 12. They’re going to get tougher, though.
